Finally installed rear bumper

Well I've been picking up parts here and there for my rear bumper. Here are some pics..











Without rear bumper





Had to cut off bracket that PO welded on


Here is the frame afterwards





and the new shorty brackets

I don't feel quite right saying this to another man......but......thats a fine looking rear end you have there.

Nice job on the bumper it really makes the truck look complete.

Thanks everyone. And I won't hold it for liking my rear I like it too... I have a black front bumper, I think I'm going to see if I can get a friend's girlfriend to make a vinyl bumper bra...

My front bumper is powder coated black and I have a chrome rear bumper... that's why I'm thinking about the bumper cover

Here is what the bumper I started with


And here it is after I just cut the bumper off still had the angle iron on the truck

Moe that looks great . I have to agree with Bobby you do have a nice rear end . Did you buy the brackets or make them ?

Craig, the bra would only look right if you had these up front...









Nice work on the back end, btw. The shorty brackets make all the difference.
