Unhappy Rebuilt Coyote turns over, sputters once, doesnt start

Hello! I have recently rebuilt my Gen 1 Coyote for my truck with forged internals, reman crankshaft, etc.
Im running a turbocharger @ 10lbs on E85. Custom built and tuned by me.
Ran like a champ for 40k miles plus.
Reason of failure previously was from a spun bearing due to a sneaky oil leak.
However, upon upgrades and re assembly into the truck the 1st time with forged internals, reman crank etc, it ran great up until I heard a knock. Come to find out the knock was from the rods interfering with the oil squiters (which have now been deleted). Upon 2nd reassembly, the engine turns over and "fires" 1 time and then stops. It happens every time they key is turned.

What I have checked:
- Timing
- Crank Sensor
- Fuse #27 for bad fuel pump fuse
- Fuel Pressure
- electrical shorts

What I have not checked:
- Spark
- Cam sensors
- Compression

I have re assembled the engine and followed proper torque specs, timing guide, and assembly.
It worked beautifully with the old crankshaft. However with the new crank (new crank is factory spec as the old one) it seems to not want to run.
I've pulled this engine out 3 times in the past week so I'm pretty worn out haha.

Im not giving up yet! I am open to any ideas and feedback. Thank you for reading and your time.

Well that's frustrating! Did you get this figured out? I've never had a coyote opened up, but would want to keep the oil squirters on a turbocharged engine.
