You'll probably have a harder time finding the Panel specific parts as most are not reproduced.

Not to sound like a jerk, but you may need to buy one that already has everything.

Panel only parts are HTF What do you need exactly?

from the front doors forward its the same as the pickup except the roof.

Holy crap!!!! I passed on a set of 53-56 rear Panel doors at a swap meet earlier this year for $200. One door was rusted out at the bottom and the other one looked like a repop and was solid. I knew I should have bought them!!!

Next time I see any Ford Panel rear doors, I'm buying them!

No problem...

Here's a few others. These will all have the front parts you need and also the suspension and under body parts.

Front clip & cab doors are the same as on 53-56 F100s, front bumper too. Seats, Rear bumper and fuel tank are Panel specific. As stated earlier back doors (aka Barn Doors) are pricey consider $500 a steal if you can find them.

Even damaged that would have been worth it.

Did you see that Mid Fifty's catalog (download off their website or call and ask them to send you a print copy, it's free) has a section at the back of panel specific parts. They carry any and all the new/repro panel parts available (including rear bumper). If you need anything else, you will need to find them used on ebay or ???, or fabricate your own. Expect to pay top dollar for any panel sheetmetal that is in good shape. Rebuilding a basket case field find pickup is a lot of work and $$$, panels are many times more so! If you really want a panel, as opposed to building one because you have it, you would likely be money far ahead to buy another one that is complete and as rust free as possible and using the one you have as a parts donor. Worst comes to worst, you can replace the panel body with the cab and bed off an F100 pickup, the chassis is the same. I too am in NC, and I went to NM to get a rust free panel.
Before you invest another dime or minute, find out what you need to do to title your truck in NC, it's not an easy process if you don't have a current title that matches the serial # on the chassis.

Do you have any pictures of your panel to show us what you have. Mine was a rust bucket when I started too.
