Well, I gotta give credit to UF in the opportunities that they can offer to the receiver recruits. You never know when a receiver is going to get the urge to block an offensive lineman and that's something that's just not offered at FSU!

I can totally respect that. I also wish sometimes UF was an accredited Clown College.

That's awesome! All in fun! I've got a bunch of gator friends that have been avoiding me lately. It's also a LOT of fun to drive around Gainesville with a FSU magnet on my tailgate and stickers on the back glass.

In 1977 FSU was goin to Gainesville to play the Gators. They were headed south on 75 and were almost to Gainesville, Big green sign on 75 said "Gainesville ,left", so they turned around and went back home.

Yep, cause the swamp got drained! Seriously, Muschamp is my favorite coach, I hope he stays there for a long time.

I actually like Jimbo too. I cant understand him when he talks but I like him. He butchers the english language worse than Larry Mcreynolds. And thats saying alot. And seriously, what mother actually names her son Jimbo?

Years ago, my wife and I were driving to Jacksonville for an FSU game. BYU, I think. Anyway, we made a pit stop near Madison. The store had the best FSU magnetic sign that I'd ever seen. Great graphics and it was very reasonably priced for convenience store eye candy. We bought it and put it on the car. When the game was over we walked back to the car and found that apparently someone else like that sign as much as we did. I don't remember what it looked like, but my wife and I still talk about "what a great sign that was"!

You can understand him very easily, just gotta drain the swamp juice out of your ears! Probably the same type of mother that named her son Urban Creyer. BTW, are ya'll going to get snow up there?

Bass, that's pitiful, the last game I went to in Jacksonville, was the WVU, Bobby's last game. It was awesome, even though I was feeling it from the night before!

FSU had mixed results in Jacksonville. Won some big games there, lost a few, too. The most surprising loss (at the time) was to Southern Mississippi. They had some unknown kid playing quarterback named Favre. Turned out the kid was pretty good!

I'm kind of glad that I missed that game, even though I watched it on TV. I saw Bobby's first game at FSU, most all of the home games, and a sprinkling of the away games over the next 20+ years. It was easier to watch the good-bye from afar.

It snowed west and north of us. No snow here that I know of but I woke up this morning with about 1/2 inch of ice on my Bronco and freezing rain falling. They are closing bridges as I type this. Wooohoooo! Another paid day off!

Local news says I-10 closed from Tally to Pensacola. Ice all over the roads here.

I feel for ya'll! We're just supposed to get cold-32 tonight. I thought this was Florida? Bass, I came from down south, even though I am a freeze baby, this is very little chance that I would EVER want to move back down there. I'll just suffer through the cold. Good luck to everyone up there and try to stay warm. Gator, do you work for the county or State by chance?

I play the Floridian card and shout "the sky is falling" whenever winter weather sets in, but the truth is that I'd rather it be 35 outside than 100.

Unless it's fishing season. Then bring on the heat! I know where them big basses will be when it's hot out!
