It is thanks for letting me know maybe ill sand it an POR it now then. (or soon at least lol)

Not sure I will have to check the bushings tonight with my mag light or tomorrow morning. I don't think its the cab bushings because the its leaning the same on the bed as well.

Also even if I was to install airbags and they were separately valved shouldn't they be aired up the same? If they are connected it just causes sway from what I've read.

I could understand the sway with the air evacuating bags under compression.

But if your springs are not level then consider that they do not all have the same spring constant. Have a few extra PSI in a bag on the sagging side would make up for the spring in my mind.

Valid point, adding an OBA set up would be almost the same price as getting new springs though. Between getting the air bags and then the tanks hoses and compressors along with switches etc. I am prewiring for all that stuff though when I swap my dash. That way I am going to add an overhead console that will control the bags, compressor and air horn on off switch.

If I was to swap over to 08 springs how is the spring code for the towing package one or is there no difference?

So i noticed today another sound while backing into my spot at school and i realized that my passenger side tire when backing up and most likely braking rubs the bumper.

Passenger side:

Driver Side:

I found that this is actually due to my bumper sag on the passenger side.
Driver side Bumper:

Pass side bumper:

Also i measure all 4 corners again today and the pass side is only a half inch shorter than the driver side so basically with a full tank she sits level, in at half a tank now. I am going to try and adjust the bumper this weekend and if it still doesn't work i am going to trim the valance. I plan to get a new bumper this summer eventually anyway since she is all rusty now.

Parts list to fix all my current issues:
-Stock Pitman Arm
-Stock Tracbar mount (cant find this)
-New 05 Bumper
-Helwig Front Sway Bar
-Helwig Rear Sway Bar

Rotated my tires, cleaned my K&N air filter, realigned my front fender flares, and did an oil change today.

Quick question guys, if both hubs are locked and you spin one tire shouldn't the other one spin? Each of mine spin independently and they spin the drive shaft but they don't spin the opposite tire. Also I need to rebuild my front drive shaft she is squealing badly.

The other tire will only spin if number one you have a limited slip or locker and or if you stop the driveshaft from spinning..

Bummer, well good to know lol thanks Chris.

Does anyone have a part number for the stock track bar bracket? I would hate to start a new thread on it so i figured i would ask here. Google keeps turning up nothing and I haven't been able to find it on Tousley yet.

Also if anyone knows of a 2.5" drop trac bar bracket i guess that will work to because i can get a 2.5" drop pitman arm.

I would imagine you could just use a adjustable Trac bar. I believe the brackets are to keep the correct geometry using stock parts.

That's what i was hoping to do, right now I'm running a 4" drop pitman arm and trac bar bracket. But as the front springs settled the pitman arm now hits my driver side spring so i was gonna revert it back to stock or 2.5" drop everything because i cant find the stock bracket anywhere and the tire shop never gave me my old stuff back.

I used this link and typed in track bar and came up with 5 results. Make sure there is a space when searching though.

Ah thank you! I forgot about Horizon, Tousley doesn't offer it anymore, its on their diagrams but not in the listings.

Rather unfortunate discover, horizon says the bracket is discontinued..looks like I'm SOL because the local junk yards will charge an arm and a leg to get one off of a truck.
