another spacer or lift springs

I'm starting to look at lifting my truck 2 more inches. Right now I have a 2" under spring perch spacers in the front and a solid 5.5" rear block. I can get another rear block at 7.5", but my question is the front. I do plow with the truck so front end stability and safety is an issue for me.

I really like my stock front snow plow springs and with a v8 keep me about an inch higher then stock unloaded. I had a few thoughts that I want help with

-get a bigger (4") below spring spacer
-add a 2" above spring spacer to go with my 2" existing spacer
-get an aftermarket lift spring but those seem pretty soft to me
-any other options anyone can recommend

I do know I will need radius arm drop brackets and a drop pitman arm, etc, etc ,etc. I'm thinking about buying a Rough Country 4.5" lift for all extras and using my own blocks that I will get from Newton Lifts.

I was looking at these springs for their added capacity and height but I'm worried they may be to stiff unloaded

Buy a all spring lift, do away with the front spacer and do away with the large rear block. if your gonna lift it and ride it down the highway, not to mention work it on the highway, atleast make it safe.

Larry, the 08 has coil springs. so what he is calling a spacer is really a spring perch extender. if done rite the spring perch extenders will work.
while they are dot legal, i have to agree with Larry that a full spring lift is better.
