I pre ordered one from london drugs but it won't be here until the 20th so I ended up going and buying one today from best buy. I now have my bros xmas present bought already though! I'm going out of town for work so I wanted to get it right away and try it out. I got FIFA and the new Assassins creed for it. Graphics and game play for fifa pretty unreal, well almost real really. Will try out AC a little later.

 

Will ps3 games play on it? I must be getting old, I really don't play that much anymore, lol. Every fall I buy the new call of duty though

 

Yes the ps3 games should be able to be played on it. I haven't done that yet though. My bro has been playing mine all day waiting for his to show up monday! He's older than I am but plays way more vids than me.

 

Lol, I got the new call of duty, ghosts a week ago. Only played it once! Probably get more time playing on my next days off.

Are the graphics much better?

 

Graphics are pretty sweet, the controllers feel amazing though, for me the improved feeling of those makes it worth the investment. Especially considering they are only like $400.

My bro picked his ps3 up when they first came out and it was like $700 or something stupid. I think I only payed $250-300 for my ps3, not sure what I payed for my ps2 though anymore. That was a long time ago haha.

 

Ps3 games will work if you "upgrade" them for $10 a piece in the playstation store. Sucks

The actual ps3 discs will NOT work on the PS4, but like mentioned you can buy the digital version, download it to your PS4 for $10 and it will work.
