The 4.2 uses the ZF5 (essentially the manual transmission behind older F-Trucks that were sold in the US up to 1997).
I would guess that their master/slave would be the same, but could be entirely wrong.
Here are some example parts off older F-Trucks in the US:
More Information for DORMAN CC649005
More Information for RHINOPAC / WORLD CAR PS0713
Do they look similar to yours?
Here is one for a similar year to your 7.3 (fitted with the ZF-6, different trans)
More Information for RHINOPAC / WORLD CAR PS0722
The only thing that in my mind wouldn't match up is the hydraulic line, but you should be able to reuse your existing one.
Also, bear in mind that this is free advice from someone that hasn't looked at a 4.2l F-truck for almost 10 years. Take it for what it is worth

Unfortunately the photos you have taken don't really help in identifying what master/slave kit is fitted to your truck.
All you need to know is if your master cylinder has the overflow reservoir attached directly to it (old style that I linked), or if it is mounted separately on the firewall (same style as the newer 7.3 trucks with the ZF6).
If the reservoir on the master cylinder is a part of housing, find a pre 97 master/slave assembly for 7.3l US truck. If the reservoir is separate, find a 2000+ master/slave assembly for a 7.3l US truck.
I find (site sponsor) RockAuto Parts Catalog a good place to find parts.
