Cab Mounting

I'm having a senior moment..

Getting ready to put the cab back on, but can't recall the proper sequence for the cab mount bushings..

It's a 4x4 and the front (?) ones are sort of U-Shaped and fit inside the frame mount. I also have some doughnut shaped ones and I seem to recall some flat pads as well.

I should have taken pictures but thought I'd remember. That worked out well.

Does anyone have any pictures of the proper way to mount a 4x4 cab (1961-64)

Thanks in advance

1963 F100 4x4
Rebuilt Engine w/Stubby Headers and Pertronix electronic Ignition and Coil
Rebuilt T98-A transmission (with transmission brake) (Novak Rebuild Kit)
Rebuilt Dana 24 Transfer Case (Rebuild Kit from Ebay)
Rebuilt Ford 9" Third Member (I pulled the third member and had local shop rebuild it)
New Wheel Bearings and Seals on all four corners
New U-Joints on all shafts
Rebuilt Locking Hubs
New Brakes (Cylinders, pads, drums and all new hard and flex lines)
Rebuilt Steering Gear and new drag link (Steering Gear rebuilt by Red Head Steering Gears)
Raptor Liner on Cab Floor and inner fenders. Also on front and rear bumpers (Raptor liner sprays on nice..)
Reupholstered Seat, New Headliner, arm rests and door seals (in progress). New Firewall Cover.
Will get new New Wiring (have the kit, will install after cab and clip are back on)

All done over the last 6 months a few hours at a time. I may need another body to get the clip and hood on but so far, I've been able to do it by myself with an engine hoist, gantry crane and transmission jack.

I planned to have it done by now but life got in the way. Shooting for end of November now..

No pic like this in 1957/63 truck catalog. 1964/65 F100 4WD same as 1961/64 F100 4WD, but pic is a 'universal' representation of all.

Yours are just like mine on my 1965 F100 4x4. I think you have it right in the picture for the fronts. The rears get the large donut on top and the square on the bottom if I remember right. The square ones on the bottom of all have a metal insert to keep them from deforming too much. Hope this helps.
