I am hearing a thumping sound from under the hood on the passenger side of my truck. I have been running a Spartan tuner for the last year or so and it almost sounds like a relay or something trying to open and close, anyone have any idea what it may be?

 

Sounds like the blend door is making the noise, switch to max A/C and see if the noise goes away.
