Bully Dog PMT 40300 blank screen
Good morning, I am new to this forum and New to diesel ownership. And Moderator if i am posting in the wrong place please excuse my lack of knowledge with web forums.
I recently bought a used 2003 F-250 - 6.0 with a 125,000 miles. love the truck excellent condition. my truck came with a Bully Dog PMT model 40300.
After i bought the truck the dealer had sent the PMT back to bullydog due to an electrical issue. I just got it back from the dealer, with bullydog aND ford manual in had we re-installed it back into my truck.
Problem: the PMT comes on however the screen is blank, pushing buttons on the unit i can hear the audio coming out of the speakers - white screen on PMT.
I have pulled the flashcard and checked what was on it and all apears ok.
How can I reset the PMT?? if at all possible
google and utube searches have been unsuccesful
All input is very much appreciated . BTW i gave up on Bullydog help by phone waited for 30 minutes before i gave up

Thanks for replying to my post. Yes everything appears to be seated properly. the power connection is in the correct fuse - #33 and connected to the 0 volt connection. The PMT comes on when my ignition is on and switches off when turned off. I can hear audio from the menu of the PMT when i press the up and down buttons, I have even tried holding gthe top left button then turning ignition on, - i read that on a dodge cummins forum i found on google.
I'm pulling the little hair i have left in my head out hoping someone knows the answer

I think bully dog is your best bet for help. Sounds like a faulty unit though.
Just some advice, if you have an automatic transmission and run your bully dog on high power settings it is likely to take out your transmission prematurely so just be careful with them.
Act tuners tune the transmission to handle the power and shift better so it lasts longer

sounds like darned good advice, i am thinking about pulling it out, sending it back to them again then selling the POS and replacing it with an ACT, I have read a lot of positive messages on different forum;s with the ACT
thank you for the reply
