Brake power booster and master cylinder in an F1
I'm trying to figure out if I have room to mount a CPP power booster and m/c kit in my 51 Panel. Before I puchase the kit, I'd like to see some pictures of this set up in a 48-52. The only issue that I may have is the fuel tank being in the way. On Panels, the fuel tank is mounted on the inside of the left rail directly after the stock m/c.
I'm also trying to see if I can use the stock pedal set up with the CPP kit.
This is the kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/48-52-FORD-F100-TRUCK-POWER-BRAKE-BOOSTER-KIT-DISC-DRUM-/380691407755?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item58a2f9e38b&vxp=mtr
There's also this bracket: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1947-52-Ford-Truck-Power-Brake-Booster-to-Stock-Pedal-Adapter-Bracket-F1-pickup-/271229924419?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f26903443&vxp=mtr
I'm not sure how this bracket works. Maybe this is a better solution since I'm space challenged???
Any pictures of the installed set up are greatly appreciated.

Ilya, I have that exact same one on my 50 F-1 project. It is a very strong and quality piece. And, yes, it is designed to work with the stock pedal setup. I like it because it has that side brace which should keep it from flexing when the pedal is depressed. It sticks pretty far back from the crossmember. I'm guessing about 15-18 inches.
