Just ran across a decent deal and wanted to pass it along.

Buybrakes.com is running a 20% off sale that ends today. I just picked up a pair of front rotor/hub assembly's for my 2WD... best deal I've seen yet. These rotors are by Stop Tech, slotted and cryo'd, and come with bearing races already installed. When I mentioned that they weren't too much more than the Ultra Premiums at Napa, except that the Napa rotors come complete with bearings and races, the guy dropped another $25 off the price... total delivered cost to me is $412 for both rotors. Their pads are also 20% off as well right now.

Just for those who don't know me, I have absolutely nothing to do with Buybrakes.com except for having just purchased from them, and I gain nothing in any way by sharing this information... just passing on a good deal to the family!

Perhaps someone else can benefit as I did.

Glad to be able to share it, Stewart. I've been tolerating an increasing brake pulsation for nearly a year now, and just can't stand it any more. It started not too long after I rebuilt the front brakes last year, which included turning my original front rotors instead of replacing them like I wanted to. With this deal, I can actually upgrade to the cryo'd rotors for not much more than going back with the Napa ultra premiums. I actually was not even planning on buying right now because it will be around a month before I can make the time to replace them, but I just couldn't let the 20% discount get away from me. Besides, it will take nearly two weeks for the cryo processing before they ship, so the timing is not bad at all for me.

 

I've been wanting to buy ATR rotors for my truck and there site doesn't seem to work anymore. At least the number and e-mail don't.
