He bought it with 67k. Lets assume it has about 80k miles now? Assuming it's in good condition - between 9000-9500?

All depends on where you're located too. If you're in an area where the economy isn't so good (like Michigan), look up the blue book value, sit there and cry at it that you'll never ever get that for it, and drop it a couple thousand from there. Then you might get some bites. Did that with two vehicles around here so far, one being an Excursion. I sold my '02 Limited V10 with 132k for 8500.
If you're in a better area of the country, you might be able to get blue book or close to it, but don't assume that. If someone can' buy it with cash (even though at this price range, they might), they might have a hard time getting an amount at blue book or over approved by the bank.

Shoot! I hate to see you go
With those 20's on there you should get top dollar. That, and The condition DOES look very nice. Not sure what the market is like in your neck of the woods, but it seems like $10-15k should work. That is super low miles, really. Especially on an '01.
Best of luck to you.
Sincerely,
Karl

Yep, hold out for top dollar if possible. The X isn't a Civic. It is very hard to find a clean one with low miles. The X is now a niche vehicle, they don't build them anymore so someone that is looking for this specific vehicle will pay good $$$$ for it.
BTW, my 77k mile 02 XLT Premium V-10 with 4.30 gears is as clean as yours! Hopefully i can get top dollar for it eventually.

Real world value? That should fetch around 9500. That is being realistic and a number that you could sell it fairly quick.
It is a gas v-10 and the unfair reputation of being so horrid on gas mileage is an issue because we do live in a world with fuel prices being so high. The other problem with that is there are diesel excursions out there and although that v10 gas might be a fine machine...the diesels get the attention....in turn allowing them to be a stronger used vehicle piece from a dollar and demand perspective. It looks nice though.
Good luck
