What size rims do I need?

I have a 2002 f150 4x4 with a 5.4. I put a 2" leveling kit and blocks in the back on it a few months ago, and I'm going to need tires soon. I want to go to 35x12.5's. I know that's stretching it but I'm wanting to know how y'all have made that work. I'm gonna buy some rims (cheap eagle alloys or something) so I can have a 10 inch wide rim so the tires won't float. Also I'm thinking I would need new rims for the offset. What size offset would those rims need to have for the tires to clear, or at least have minimal rub while turning?
