1987 I think, perhaps 1988. (302 was 1985.5 for F-series, 1986 for E-series; 351W was 1988; 460 was 1987.5 for a few F's and 1988 for E's)
You need to find an EFI 300 donor truck - this shouldn't be hard. You'll need a lot of parts. Your best bet is to transplant a complete running EFI 300 engine.
