Question Clicking rear end

94 f150 the rear right wheel area clicks as I would describe it when turning going over bumps or jacking it up. Anyone know what this could be?

Could just be something broken in the brake system, pull the tire and drum off and have a look. If all that checks out jack up both rear wheels and put the axle on jack stands and with the trans in neutral rotate the tires to see if you can locate the source of the noise. If it's coming from the diff then pull the rear cover off and have a look, again it could just be a tab that has broken off a clutch disk and is jambed in somewhere it shouldn't be, not a big deal as long as it's cleared out of there, but it could also be something more serious and finding and fixing it now should be a lot cheaper than waiting for it to completely blow up.
