What to look for on used F250

I'm going to look at a 1997 F250 supercab long bed, automatic, 5.8L 4x4. It has 102k miles, he bought it from the local housing authority. It's setup with everything there to install a plow on the front of it. From the pictures it looks to be in good shape on the outside. What should I look for or watch out for on this type of truck when I look at it in the morning?

check oil. front cab mounts for rot, rear wheel wells for rot, it will be there just depends how bad. the rocker below the supercab window loves to rot out on these trucks, front core support and cor support brackets for rot. when driving it make sure tranny shifts smooth, it should if it was taken care of because 100k it should still have some decent life left. check for and oil leaks. bottom sides of doors for rot.
just make sure its sound. dont go buyin a rust bucket.
also ask if it has been ran with a plow because if it has more than likey that front ttb axle will be worn out
thats all i can think of for now, make sure steering is tight also

it prob has alot of idle time(hours on engine)being a service truck, also check brake pedal on bottom right corner, if real worn out was used in alot of stop and go's. low mileage - good , if alot of of stop and go's - bad .
