Looks nice but I'd take it back and ask about that rear axel. It didn't look like that in the pic in your original post.

I sent Carli Suspension and the installed messages with photos attached. I'm interested to see what they say.

I hope it is something simple like rotating the deaver leafs 180 degrees.

So i did some measuring. From axel center, it is 33" to the forward mounting point of the leaf pack, and 31" to the rear. I think the rear leafs just need to be flipped 180. I also measued the tire spacing to the wheel well and it is about 2" forward. No word from carli or the installer but I think I found the culprit.

I want to have it fixed, but in the mean time, does anyone see why this would be bad to drive on?

Also, I'm wondering if it was installed this way because of driveshaft length. Thoughts?

I would be carefull there is only so much play in the slip yoke, I also measured my axle from center to end and it was 33" forward and 33" to the rear.

I hate to sound naive, but what is a slip yoke?

I got a message back from Carli Suspension in regards to the forward axel position:

"We re-engineered the leafs with a forward center position at ride height in order to accommodate 37" tires and 12" of travel. With the stock center-pin location, the leafs would hit the rear fender during up-travel as they shift both up and rearward. How does it ride??"

So it looks like all is well. My installer offered to check it out to be certain, but it sounds like he did it correctly. His good reputation is well deserved.

It's nice to get replies back from companies so quickly.

Oh and now that I have driven it a bit, it feels like it pulls to the right slightly. I'm 99% positive it it the tires, because I don't remember it doing this with the stock tires after the lift. Would a stabilizer help with this?

Nope, a stabilizer just softens the blows over bumps.

Did you get an alignment after the lift was installed?

Yep, the shop that installed it also does alignments.

A steering stabilizer prevents bump steering?

That is good to know, the truck looks great with the lift and tires. Also take a look at Warn bumpers.
