gpr test

I did a test by disconnect the eot an jump wire from small post to ground to full the pcm to ground with the key on . Now when I did that the 22 fuse did not blow but one side of fuse showed 12.3 and other side showed .38 so I put a good fuse in its place and same reading till I turn off key . All I am trying to do is find my wts to come and test for a bad pcm any help

GPR has nothing to do with "wait to start" light. WTS comes directly from the PCM and it sounds like fuse #22 is indeed blowing. Have you unplugged the fuel filter heater wire then replace fuse #22? If not try that before going any farther.

Need more information exactly what is wrong and how it happened to be of more help.

Thanks but I have been posting about my 95 f350 auto turned off when on the road . I had the truck towed back to fix . This is what I have done so far new cps from ford I know it has nothing to do with the wts light I check all relays and fuse with a multi meter /tried a used pcm /new ignition switch / new gpr . now I did try to jump the gpr with the key on little (right side)to ground to trick the pcm but now when I check fuse 22 one side reads 12.3? and the othe side reads.34 I did replace the fuse with a new on but still same readings so then I did some thing I should have not to and jumped the two big posts on the gpr and after 30 secs to 60 secs some thing bund ing down by the cps idk ?? that's where I am at . I could use some help sorry for the long post

If fuse #22 shows voltage on one side and not the other side then either the fuse is blown or the fuse holder is bad (doubtful). If your fuel filter heater is shorting, it is also powered by fuse #22, then it will keep blowing the fuse every time you turn the key to ON. Fuse #22 also powers the PCM relay so that is why you have no start, no power to the PCM. Sorry to keep asking the same questions but have you disconnect the fuel filter heater to eliminate that possibility?

This is why I asked if your Bully Dog was a chip or programmer in your other thread. Programmers have been known to kill PCM's.

was a chip. But I don't think that was the cause? the chip was not loose.

The 12V and 0.34V readings - are they with the fuse in the socket? Or are you testing the terminals with the fuse removed?

Have you removed the fuse and tested it by itself with a continuity tester or ohmmeter?
