Jeff City, MO Car Show July 2013
Well, I was at home alone Saturday. (Boy that's nice for a change.) My wife and oldest were out shopping for college stuff and called to say they were going to hit a couple more stores and then eat before coming home. Well, they were driving by our mall and my daughter told me there were a bunch of classic cars there. Needless to say, I jumped right in the car and headed into town. During the summer there is a show the last Saturday of every month.

I will start with our years:
Beautiful 49
Thought you might like to see the Ford heater:
This flathead:
Is sitting inside this beauty:
There are is a pic of the engine and interior of this one in the above link:
Back to some trucks:
Sun was bad on the front picture of this one. The owner said with the manual shift overdrive, this truck has a top speed of 72mph. He likes to cruise at 55-60. (There is a picture of the undercarriage at the link.)
Sorry, but this Econoline was driving off. I had to hustle after it to get this pic. If the sun wasn't behind the truck, I could have gotten some better pics of it.

C***y Frame Swap
OK, there seems to be a lot of frame swap talk here so I thought I would show this one.
The front half is a 75 Blazer, the back half is a 77 pickup.
It is a 4X4.
I tried to find where the chassis were welded together. Without crawling under the truck completely. I thought I found a frame weld that might be the graft, but it was a weld at this angle "/". I could be wrong though.
His tires are sticking out a couple of inches on each side....
There is a TON of money in this truck. The tonneau cover had a TV built into it that would drop down. With a huge speaker system behind it.
