460 Torque build!!

460 Torque build!!
Need some advice on building a torquey 460. I know they are already torque monsters but I'm wanting to verge on diesel territory.
I found a cam that's really good for low end. My main question is headers. I found some with the usual 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collector. Should I try to find something smaller to help with the torque?
This is for a 1997 F250HD pickup with an E4OD and 4.10's I've got the transmission figure out so it can handle the power.
Any other recommendations are appreciated (what do with heads, intake, ect.)
I'm not planning on pulling the engine and doing a complete build at the moment, maybe some day but don't have the fundage right now.

You will find out very quickly the heads on your 7.5L are very effective bottlenecks. This thread makes for a VERY interesting read: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...ts-are-in.html
