Another successful spark plug change

Well, just finished swapping in new Champion spark plugs and Accel coils. Here's how it went.

Drove the truck to work this morning, and on my first break (10 am) got to work tearing it apart. Removed the battery, PCM, and bracket, as well as the coils of course. Got the driver side plugs broke loose and sprayed them with Seafoam Deep Creep. Right before I went to lunch I broke the pass side loose and sprayed them as well. After work (5 pm) I started in with the driver's side. Broke all four of the plugs. My good friend Lisle 65600 was there for me. Went over to the passenger side and didn't break any of those. Swapped in the new stuff and done!

Now here's what I found interesting: The truck has 132k miles on it and the plugs all had the tip painted, so they were factory. The truck wasn't missing or anything, just decided to do it for peace of mind. Quite amazing durability!

The plugs that had a longer soak time were the ones that broke!

Anyway, back on the road again. We'll see how the Accel coils hang in there.
