F10DR639058

I THINK..

F10 F100
D 292 Engine
R San Jose, CA Assembly Plant
639058 Serial Number

129" Wheel Base
Rangoon Red (J) and Wimbledon White (M) Color Theme
Automatic Transmission

I'm sure those with more knowledge than me will correct any mistakes or add more information.

Google is my friend..

F10 = F100 2WD truck
D= 352 8 cyl engine
R = San Jose, Ca assy plant
639XXX = April 65 build date... Im away fromhome so thats an educated guess

JM = Rangoon Red & Wimbledon White exterior paint
129 = wheelbase
F100 = model = 5000# gvwr
G -= transmission = Cruise-O-Matic
08= rear axle ratio = 3.50 as I recall, non locking axle

There is a DSO number too..either 2 or 6 digits... The first 2 are where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from
71= Los Angeles
72= San Jose
73= Salt Lake City
74= Seattle
75= Denver

After checking my prior post once I returned home I found out I nailed all the important stuff...DSO's were correct too except 75 is Phoenix and 76 is Denver..
That and the build date is January 65 vs April 65...
