Have you tried your local parts house? I got the parts to redo the brakes on my 76 F250 4x4 from O'reily"s auto parts. And when I was working on my F100 66 4x4, they had the replacement kits for the springs also.

Agree with bertha66, these parts are readily available at just about any parts store. The rear is a very common Dana 60.
I usually use NAPA because they usually have the parts in stock.
Sounds like you'll need shoes, these come per axle so you'll get both sides, wheel cylinder and a hardware kit, this will include the springs and hold down hardware.
According to your profile you're in Alaska. Even there, these parts should be fairly easy to get.
I wouldn't bother trying to find NOS Ford parts. These have been obsolete for years. In this case aftermarket is the way to go.

Don't forget that 1973/76 F250 2WD's could have 12 1/8" x 2" or 12" x 2 1/2" rear brakes as it depends on the GVW.

Some parts are the same, some parts are not the same.

How many places in AK have auto parts stores? Cities like Anchorage/Fairbanks/Juneau will have them, but once you wander into the hinterlands...

Touché.... try buying almost any auto part in the likes of Barrow, Nome or Kodiak...ain't gonna happen....at least not quickly, more like a 5 day wait.

To the OP, try RockAuto.com
