Bored over 460

So, i pulled a head off, and the bore measured to be 4.3, and a book i have says the stroke is 4in. So according to the calculator on this forum, it is a 464? does this sound correct to anyone?

I think your bore measurement is short, and you have the wrong stroke number.

Stock bore is 4.36, so you're a little short on bore, but stroke is 3.85, hence why the 390, 426, and 460 are part of the 385 series of engines.

2.18^2 * 3.14 * 3.85 * 8.00 = 459.614 cu inches

Oh wow.. Nevermind. I was reading a Haynes Repair book last night, and i completely read the wrong measurements for the wrong engine. I was reading for a 351M and 400. My bad! Sorry about that!
