im finally getting to the engine swap on my F150, going fro ma 300-6 EFI to a 302 EFI, and from what ive read, its damn near plug and play! i recently bought a 1995 ford fi150 shortbed for 400 bucks, it was wrecked but it stil lruns and drives... and hte motor has alot of pep left in it too! ill be very happy to get rid of the putter motor 300-6... so tired of working on it all teh time... il ldo my best to get alot of photos and try to get em posted on here... i pretty much have 4 weeks to complete the task, itll take me a day to label everything and remove the front clips... and i suspect another day to pull both motors, the nthe fun stuff begines, ill need to change motor mount towers from one to the other and get all teh wiring swapped over... then the fun part of putting the motors in each other . . . sounds kinky! but i do plan on puttting all new dynomax exhaust on the longbed... headers and all... might even replace the oil pump, not sure yet. when its all said and done, ill have another 500 bucks invested at least but i should have a truck with bawls, and not emphyzema... cough cough
