Question Trying to find some info on a bolt

On my rear axle there is a brass fitting that connects the rear brake lines with the line going to the master cylinder. It is bolted to the axle. In my case the bolt has broken off but it appears to have been hollow Is this normal. I should mention that I have a Dana 60 axle (I think). The bolt is numbered 4022 in the attached image(upper left area). I have not been able to find this bolt for sale and I don't know if there is anything special about it. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I am pretty sure that the bolt was also the vent for the diff. Try to get a left hand drill bit and drill the bolt out. Hopefully it will grab at some point and come out.

Pick one up at a junk yard. It is hollow and probably had an extension where a hose attached. It is the vent for the differential and the attached hose should be fastened high up on the frame of the truck, the higher the better. You want the vent higher than any water you may get into

Mid-fifty has the bolt for sale. Napa also carries them.

The Mid Fifty part is pretty much what I was looking for. Just curious if anyone knows a part number for one with a barbed hose fitting? I don't plan to drive the truck in water much but in Atlanta any rain can lead to a flood.

Thanks for the help,

Thanks for the help,
Slide a piece of fuel line over the fitting and a clamp if necessary. No pressure involved other than atmospheric.

Look for a 4X4 axle vent.. The 4 wheel drives have the tubes with a vent on top.
