I used to think it was really cool......IF......it was genuine. It has been so overdone by everyone and there brother whether they have a business or not.....I can't stand to see it anymore. All of the fake "Gomer's garage" logo's are really lame to me.

I even own my own bodyshop and still don't want writing on my doors.
Rant over.

Bottom line, it's your truck, make it the way YOU want it.

Jeff, I love the art work and the little guy too especially when he interduces himself. Guys, you should see this little guy walk up to you and stick out his hand for a handshake and exchange of names. Cudos to you Jeff for being a dad with values, Garry

I think the signs look nice and can be a great way of honoring someone special or our heritage.

I have thought about trying to have one done on my 1955 F100 when I get to that stage to honor my Dad. It would incorporate his brand (which I still have one of the branding irons we used to brand cattle with). I remember him tagging cattle with tags labeled "Poor Man's Gulch" so I might use that or could use our family name along with the brand.

Well said Garry!

Jeff, did you have the artwork on your truck done locally? I'm thinking about something on my truck related to our family farm with 34/37 on it which are the years each parcel of land was bought by my Grandparents.

Fast signs n peoria on university st.....they were very patient with me because I changed my idea several times. It is just a sticker. I laid the red first then the white.

Thanks guys, I am trying to keep gage on the straight and narrow....and starting early.

Aren't you afraid of the decal peeling off or shrinking? I was afraid of that happening and had the signage painted by an old school pinstriper/sign painter. She was awesome! Took her only about 6 hours to do both sides and the rear door.

I put it on last july and other then snow time the truck is a daily driver. No problems yet. It only took about an hour to do both sides and cost $50. So if it does go bad I can change it or buy it again

Add a zero to the end of your price and that's what mine cost. That was also a "friend" discounted price.

I don't care what it cost, it sure looked good, and so did the rest of the truck.

I've got a close up pic of Jeff's door that my wife took. I'll post it here tonight when I get home. Looks very good. I'll have to talk to you some more Jeff and I might have that company do mine.

With the kids being firm and consistent from a young age will hopefully pay off later on. Gage was very well behaved. Hopefully we'll do this again...kids included!

Thanks.....im ready for the next meeting. I do a variety of racing with my mustang and I wanted a name that had to do with racing. I came up with gage just spelled it different.
