Looks like there are cheaper one too. I like aftermarket parts myself.

You don't need to replace those at all, they aren't the frame bump stops.

That bottom spring was Fords lousy attempt at reducing axle wrap.

Save your money, or waste it, your choice, but they aren't needed.

My 02 Ex has damaged or missing bump stops too. Tagging this thread to hear thoughts!

those energy suspension bump stops are for above the spring.

If you do replace them just throw some cheap ones in there since they don't do much anyway.

Go with the Energy Suspension. Better quality and less expensive. I have done this.

Or have you replaced the frame mounted bump stops that keep the springs from bottoming out on the frame?

I think that snubber it just there to prevent any clacking noise when the spring wraps up but I could live with that.

Exactly, that's why I posted for the OP to save his money. Plus, there's still enough there to keep the clacking from clacking!

I thought for sure you'd be in complete agreement with me on this one, Brent.
