Disregard that it says from a 99 t-bird. I think the guy is drunk and can u tell what kind of carrier is in it by looking at pics?

Can't say as I have ever looked at a 99 t-bird rear, but it looks like a 9 3/8" Ford unit to me. Similar to the 9" and usually used in the early F100/150 4x4 I believe. You can tell the difference by looking at the web on the upper right. See how it curves down on the right end? The 9" web is straight all the way across.
From what I have read, it is a good rear end, but parts are not interchangeable with the 9".

Quoted directly from your second link:
How To Recognize Nine Inch Housing Centers
How To Recognize Nine Inch Housing Centers
1957 - no dimples, flat center band up the center of the rear cover, bottom drain plug.
1958-1959 - two dimples on back of housing, flat center band, some had drain holes.
1960-1967 - two dimples, flat center band, oil level hole in back cover.
1963-1977 Lincoln, LTD, Thunderbirds had 9.375 inch centers, housings were cut away at the gasket surface for ring gear clearance, one curved rib at the front top portion of differential, strong but no gears.

Wow... I would have never known. It looks like alot of people are advertising a ford 9" but it's really the 9 3/8. Here's another...

Sorry for all the 9" questions, but will a 57" housing flange to flange(housing flange) require me to tub the bed? And that is how I get wider tires on the rear? Once again, I apologize for my rookie-ness.

It could have come from a 1966/72 Thunderbird and it has a 9 3/8" ring gear, curved at left end upper boss is the dead bang give-away.
All 1980/97 Thunderbirds have either a 7.5" or 8.8" integral rear axle with an inspection cover. No 9" has an inspection cover.
Last FoMoCo Passenger Cars to come with 9" rear axles: 1980 Granada/Monarch/Versailles, also have rear disc brakes.
1968/72 F100's were available with an optional heavy duty 3,600 lb. capacity 9" rear axle that has a 9 3/8" ring gear, 31 spline axleshafts and 4 pinion Traction-Lok. No F150's until 1975.
1966/72: Some Passenger Cars also came with 9's that have a 9 3/8" ring gear. "Tee-Hee" had a 1969 Lincoln 9 3/8" in her/his 1951 F1.
9 vs 9 3/8: Only 5 parts are the same: Housing gasket, pinion seal, pilot bearing retainer, one pinion bearing and race. EVERYTHING else is different!
