6.7 wind noise at window
I finally took a video of what is going on. You can hear the seal in the background making racket. I just got it back from my dealer saying they fixed it and its not fixed.
Do any of you guys know why that window seal would make all that noise. Its coming from that upper corner. Please help.

So your fix from this post is no longer helping?

I doubt it would be fixed by epic's door seal mod, this sounds like the short weatherstripping piece in the corner of the drivers side door. I came across your post above while searching for this:
This is at the upper rear corner of the front side glass. Notice how the piece wants to push out at the bottom into the other channel instead of staying inside it's designated area. Mine had rolled up in between the glass and the lip of the weatherstrip forcing the window out in an awkward position and producing a bulge that caught air = wind noise. Also, I'm white but not as white as it looks in the pics....the reflection of the flash on my fingers makes me look fluorescent and almost ghostly

...Turns out there is a small piece of supplemental material. It seems to be a soft rubber compound, softer than windshield washer tubing and weatherstrip material although I'm not exactly sure what it is. It's about 2 to 3 inches long and fits in the weatherstrip channel at the upper back of the front glass forcing the glass outward so it can make a tight seal between the outer and inner piece of the weatherstrip. Mine had gotten out of it's channel so it was putting the top of the glass in an awkward position and the outer part of the strip was bowed out----> wind noise. I readjusted the piece by putting it back in the channel, and it fits like it's supposed to again. Not sure how long and if it will last, but I have a couple other ideas for it if it doesn't. The piece is kind of short and looks like it will be prone to getting out of adjustment from time to time as the windows are rolled up and down.

I took it back to the dealer today and its pouring rain. I told them to keep it and call me when its ready. I can see the service manager is a little disgruntled but we all paid a mint for these trucks. It needs to be right. I apologized saying I did not mean to be a problem but he said back they will get it right.
Ill keep everyone posted.
