Changing tire size

I had 31x10.50's today..I've got a 96 f150 4x4 with a 3 inch body lift.. And I just put 33x12.50's on today.. But it feels and sounds like I'm rubbing but I'm not sure.. What's the biggest you can fit with put any rub? If I need to trim what and where should I?
