Smittybilt M1 bumpers and Warn Zeon 12 Winch
Most of you have already seen this but I figured I would post it cuz when I was looking for information and pics of these bumbers on a 6.7 I could not find anything.
I am really impressed with the quality.
For the canucks, there is a smillybilt.ca canadian web site. I bought the front bumper from 4wheelparts but I could have bought it cheaper on the .ca web site after you factor in freight and duty etc. I bought the rear from the .ca web site. Service from both was great. I had both about a weeks after ordering.
They are pretty heavy and well built. Time will tell on the finish but it looks really good.
The fit is perfect, everything lined up perfectly and bolted right into place.
I like the two peiece design of the front bumper. They say you can install it by yourself..... and I did the front 100% by myself. The winch plate sits right on the frame rails, bolt it on and throw the winch in. It woudl have been really nice to have someone to hold the bumper in place while lining up the bolts. It is heavy and it was not easy but I did it..... The rear I had someone help me line it up and it was much easier.
Both bumpers come with the lights (so you don't have to order them seperately like I did on the front ). Not the greatest lights but they are included.
I have not sued the winch yet but the reason I put it in the title is that I was not sure (and no one could tell me) if the zeon 12 would fit in the bumper with the control box high and in the middle. It does but just barely.
All in all, I am really happy with the bumpers. I looked at fabfours for the front and it was almost double the cost. Not sure why, I would not want or need anything heavier.
Here are a bunch of pics
Thanks

Thanks for all the complements guys. I think it is a really good product at a fair(er) price. Highly recommend it.
Ya, I need a helper, 6 beer and half an hour to get the alignment tuned in. In the front on pic you can see pass side is good but drivers is a touch high. There is lots of adjustment to run the whole bumper a lot lower but with the Z12 winch I can only go down about 1/4" more before the winch hits.
The cracked lense or the wiring? The cracked lense is still in there, someday I will probably upgrade the lights. The wiring was my bad... I wired hot to ground. Too many matching games with the kids... On the trailer connector red = hot and white = ground on the lights white = hot and black = ground. I matched up the whites which seemed like the obvious choice when my fingers were freezing off.

Question about rear bumper
I really like the look of these bumpers, great modification. I am considering doing these but I am interested in knowing if the rear bumper retains the factory receiver or if it is replaced?
Thanks,
Thanks,

Thanks for the welcome. Excellent. For some reason all of the sites that list the m1 for sale say that it I has a hitch rated lower than the factory, so I just wanted to make sure.
Since you said that the lights were included but not very bright, would you replace them? If you would replace them (especially the rear) what size are they?
