I became a paid subscriber so how do I post pics

Hi guys. On March 17 I sent my 20 dollars to become a paid member. I wanted the convenience of being able to post pics from my hard drive. Now can some one tell me how I go about doing this. Or at least where I might find the info on it. Thanks

When posting a new thread or replying use the GO ADVANCED option.....
Scroll down below the reply box and click on MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
A smaller screen will pop up and click on BROWSE for each picture. When you have selected your pics, hit UPLOAD. It takes a few seconds. After they load close the small window. You will have to click PREVIEW POST to see your pics.
If they fail to load your pics are too big and you need to resize them down to 800x 600 or smaller.

If you need help, PM or call me.

Hey Holehawg,
When you hit reply to a thread - right above where you type in your message - there is a smile face. Right next to that is a paperclip icon -
click on that & browse your harddrive & post pics.

Good luck over there.

Or, if you want to creat an album for your pictures and load your pisto it, go to the upper left, and click on photos. Then click on create album, and follow the prompts. After that click on load photos, and load pics from your PC. Once you load your pics you can just copy and past the pics to your post.

It seems awkward, but whenever you "insert a picture" to one of these threads, the forum is looking for the picture somewhere on the web (which is always available) rather than from somewhere on your hard drive (which isn't always available).

While you're making a post on FTE, select the pic you want to post from your Photobucket album. When the large version of the pic is open, right mouse click on it and select "View Image Info". The image info will be highlighted and will look something like this:
The best photos and videos | Photobucket

Copy that highlighted info (right click / copy).

When you have the spot in your post where you want the pic to be placed, select the "Insert Image" icon at the top of the post (looks like a mountain) and paste (right click / paste) the image info you copied in the highlighted box (just shows "http://" when it opens).

Your pic will be placed in the post.

Hope that helps.

Here's a tutorial Bob put together: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/67...-pictures.html

Scott, I tried this way first but there is no Manage Attachments tab to be seen anywhere. And my posting rules at the bottom show this: Posting Rules You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts
<hr> BB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is On
HTML code is On

Shouldn't it say I may post attachments?

Thanks I found the paper clip. Funny how that can make someone happy. I only took the year subscription so I didn't get the shirt but thats ok. I need the help (don't we all who spend so much time and money on this habit) more than the shirt so I'm happy. Even happier now that I can post from my hard drive instead of the web.

Thanks to the administrators I'm now the proud owner of a paper clip icon. And it works. Here's a shot of my steering linkage from the Jag IFS. Thanks for the help everyone.

Congrats on owning the paper clip! And nice work, looks good. You may be missing a few bolts in the oil pan though.
