Torque converter seal or transmission pump seals

My 2011 f350, 48000 miles, had to go under the knife at the dealership to replace ( what they told me) both of those seals. A week later, it is leaking again from the transmission. Maybe the converter is bad? Maybe mechanic error? Any one experience this?

Most likely improper diagnosis and/or repair. This isn't a common problem though, I can't remember ever hearing of someone having the same issue.
