Kenda Tires
Buyer beware, bought a pair of Kenda Klever tires E range & after 2000 miles of regular use they have started coming apart on the inside. The truck started vibrating badly at speed & so I took em back to Walmarts to have the balance re checked, the Tech couldn't balance one of the tires & could hear something rattling inside, so he removed the tire & found the tire had started coming apart. phoned customer care at buywheelstoday.com & was told I had to take them to the nearest dealer 120miles away or ship it back to them. The Walmart guy told me after working on tires for over 30 years he had never come across this before. pictures to follow if i can work out how to post them lol

They did eventually replace the tire, after lots of e mails & calls with questions like, what make of m/c did they use to mount it,what kind of lube to mount it, what weights were used, the list went on. After 3 weeks & not hearing fro
Them in over a week I called them & they wanted my address to send a new tire. Would it been a diff story if I had'nt been on there backs?

I have had brand new Goodyear Eagles come apart and replaced / I've had other major brands fail. Cr*p happens but usually the consumer gets compensated. My 4 new LT265/70-17 Kenda MT tires just arrived via UPS and now on my way to town for mounting.
Will let others know my reaction to the tires once I get a few hundred miles off of them. Going camping next week, hauling our 22 ft. trailer about 500 miles total.
