4x4 Windsor powered Fairmont station wagon
hey gang, I'm bored... I've been posting on the site a bit here and there, but I haven't officially showed this thing off in the BS forum...
I'm a huge Fairmont fan... I've built five of them... my '81 wagon was a solid 12.0 NA car when I sold it... the '78 coupe I'm building right now I'm HOPING to break into the 11's on 17" drag radials NA (we'll see)
and like any red blooded american male, I like big trucks as well... I'm really more of a diesel fan, but when I found this thing, I just had to have it!!
'78 Fairmont wagon
sectioned '74 Bronco chassis
warmed over '69 351 Windsor
C4 tranny
Dana 20 t-case
D44/9" 3.50 t-lok axles
soon to have disk brakes, 2" blocks out back, and some 33x12.50 MT's
oh, and for kicks, here's a pic of my coupe
great site guys, it's been very helpful so far!
