Ok ford guys, don't get mad but he came with the name Dodger. I promise he likes ford trucks though.

The fella I adopted Colton from also named him Dodger. Was no hesitation from me to change his name. But he was also only 4 months old at the time.

I have been considering and looking into a dog for guard dog/watchdog duty.

Top on the list would be a German Shepherd or Schnauzer(standard).

It will be an outside dog and it has to be good with our outdoor cat along with a 7 year old grand daughter.

I hope I can get input on these breeds or any other suggested breeds.
