Headliner Install

I misted the back of the pieces with water from a spray bottle. Let it set for a while 30 or 40 minutes then slowly formed it to the cab using a short pipe with foam insulation around it. Still got a small crack by the dome light. Mine was from Carpenters, the none perforated style.
Good luck in your quest!

Bring it out to Western Washington. We're having a month of the 'Pineapple Express' where warm and VERY moist weather comes up from Hawaii. It hasn't stopped raining for a couple weeks and in my quite open and unheated shop, every cardboard box feels wet even though it's under a good roof. Yesterday I had a master cylinder fall through the bottom of an almost new box when I was returning a core. That headliner would bend at 90 degrees and not crack...........
