Never, never ,never keep track of how much truck restoration costs . T hat would be almost like a business. That would be almost like work . At work you cannot consume frosty beverages at the rate prescribed in the previous posts .

Actually they are of stout body with long necks. They don't stick around long or talk much, but they always cheer one up!

You should get them 24 at a time, more friends is always better.
On another note, I got a tarp! I am ready to start!

My tarp has a few holes in it....come to think of it, so does the 30pack, all the beverages seem to fall out somehow. I don't know where they go? maybe evaporation?

Well actually I prefer just one big friend, his name is Cornelius!

You just got a tarp? Heck, I have plenty of them, only I refer to them as roofing material.

A frosty beverage or more really helps with the planning, take a step back, and take a look and decide to make changes. No wonder it's taking a long time. 'coulda done this or that different'. Anyways I quit buying beer, well, ...store bought. I make my own beer now five gallons at a time.....got more money for the truck...bwahahahahah!

I'm still trying to locate that chrome ford goody...lol

It's laughable!!
Journalism grad? I think you're being overly generous.

I've got the tarp and the marked storage containers, but how do I secure the tarp to the floor? Tapcons? Don't say duct tape. I hate that stuff and refuse to use it for anything.

No wonder it's such a challenge! They make it sooooooooooooooooo much easier if you simply restore a different year model. I should have bought the easy five step plan 1950 model. D'oh! Gimme a Duff, woman.

Ya, Well those Old 1950 Fords were so much less sophisticated than the 1951's were that it only took 5 steps.

I can reduce it to three steps:

1. Take truck to a restoration shop.

2. Leave entire life savings.

3. Find something else to do for the next few years while occasionally sending checks to cover costs after life savings depleted.
