Thats a good thought. Im pretty happy with my 09. Does pretty well. Was bigger then the last few trucks cab wise for me. Went from a regular cab to an extended cab. I figure when it is finally time for me to get a new truck I might end up getting a crew cab.

My wife has already told me that the next one will be a crew cab. I agree with her 100% with this statement as I can use the extra room and I am more comfortable room wise in a truck compared to her Edge.

About 3 hours, Pat. Nice easy drive.
Neil, I think you would really like a crew cab. That might be my next one. Thinking about a diesel? Son's wife's grandfather has one that has spent most of the winter's in FL.

Had a chance to get a diesel before I bought the 87. But, like you said maint. and parts are pricey. Did talk to a guy at a truck stop, he was getting 22mpg with his diesel when pulling (and mine at 6mpg when pulling). If it wasn't for the engine getting tired and the NY salt getting to the body, I'd still be using the 86 with the 351 in it. It did the job ok and got better mileage than the 87 460.
