NY's I can't believe that it is March already BS

It just amazes me that we are getting ready to begin March! It just feels like it was Christmas a week ago and yet here we are getting ready to celebrate St. Patty's Day and Easter. It also means that we are getting closer spring for those that do not care for the winter weather and also that the days are getting longer.

So grab a chair and sit down and let the BS flow :)

Howdy, Neil. I think you're ahead of Pat.
That pic in my sig. is just before I left on 12/31 to come to VA.

Evening Guys! Just finished up some of the tube step bars or whatever you call them for the '86. I really hated to put them on as I like the look without them but gravity is a fierce foe! And I have too much for it to pull on!:)

I've got an "old lady" step I took off my 87, that you can have Spur. Had to put the other one back on the pass side for the wife.

At least I made it to the first page.

You think that I maybe ahead of Pat???? I know that I have him beat hands down. Then it may have helped that I posted this on Weds. :)

Evening Spur, I know what you mean by having to deal with gravity....lol.

fire240 02-28-2013 09:41 PM

I know what you mean as well Spur.

Hey Shaun, quiet evening for you tonight?

fire240 02-28-2013 09:46 PM

Yeah it has been slow tonight Neil. Then again spring break starts saturday for us so alot of them are leaving tonight. Only a property damage accident report and a maint. problem tonight. How was your day?

tiny1 02-28-2013 10:00 PM

My day was busy at work and I got the wife's Edge inspected so that is good for another year. While at the garage which has a car lot, I was talking with the guy that gets the vehicles. I asked him if they searched for specific vehicles for people and he said that he does. So it looks like I may have another avenue when it comes time to replace my truck to get what I really want.

Sounds good Neil. I know I am still several yrs away from my next truck purchase. Want to pay this on eoff and put th emoney in the bank.

tiny1 02-28-2013 10:17 PM

I would like to wait another year or two, but the way things are rusting out on this one my hand maybe forced. The floor of my bed is getting a lot of holes in it this winter and it is rusting through from the underside.

fire240 02-28-2013 10:21 PM

I can understand that one Neil.

tiny1 02-28-2013 10:24 PM

That is why I figure that it is better for me to start doing some research to see what is available and what it is going to cost. Right now he said that with me keeping my truck for a long time, he recommends that I consider getting a '09 or '10 because they will still have some miles on them, but not too many and should last for the time that I would have it.
