So here are a few pics of the kit as it came.

Everything labeled as to where it needs to go, with connectors already on.

Getting ready to work.

Before

After. Ignore the IPR Wiring. I plan on re doing it.

They don't hang down to much

Not a fan of how close the hose is to the Transfer case, but only place I could mount it with the mounting plate they provided.

Would you mind sending me those instructions? I did efuel last fall and currently have the pump wired up to just a keyed relay. My kit came with an oil pressure switch with 3 terminals for the port down by the filter, but i wasnt sure on how to wire it up. Would like to get it on when the weather breaks.

Alex, my ongoing thread of Trucks in the shop for winter work has pictures scattered around in it. Probably be a pita to find everything. I basically copied TJ BEGGS efuel thread, but went with the strictly diesel wiring harness. However I started gathering parts before he had a parts list up, and I spent WAY too much time getting all of my fittings rounded up. Besides that, I'm real close to spending as much as Daniel did for a complete setup. I'm not sure if the system Daniel got can be used with bio-diesel, if not, that is probably the only thing mine has over it.

Thumbs up

Maybe I'll start with coolant and see.

PS - 500th POST!

Question

One question to all:
Is it possible to install the filters horizontally? any contrs? Pros: not hanging.

Good deal. Its an easy kit to install. I'm sure it'll go quicker on a stock height truck. With the lift and big bumper. I was having to do a lot of climbing, but its a give and take cause the bumper makes it nice while working in the engine bay.

Tell them I sent you. not that it'd do you any good though.

I'll be right behind you! I finally did my fuel pump and basket rebuild last night. Took 5 hours plus cleanup (you have no idea how good that is for a hack mechanic like me! I dropped both little check ***** in my incredibly messy garage and found them immediately! That NEVER happens to me). Started with the engine really warm and by 2am when I closed the hood and it was 30 degrees, I was pretty cold! Lol. But let it sit overnight plugged in and then cranked it up this morning. No more leaks and everything ran great.

BUT, if it ever goes out again, I'll be looking for the efuel system for sure. Or if I just happen to have a windfall of cash!
