How much do you use the truck? Lots of short drives? If the oil itself looks good, I wouldn't worry about a bit of condensation on the filler cap.
During the winter, and if you don't drive it enough to really evaporate all the water out of the crankcase and get it sucked through the PCV, whatever water vapor is left over will condense on cool surfaces. Valve covers first, usually
