2nd Gear Trouble
To Ford Enthusiasts and F-150 workers,
Oh man. So I started noticing that when I would downshift into second (gear) to slow down to the neighborhood, my shifter would pop right out of gear...Today... I don't have 2nd gear at all. Just grinds. Every other gear is fine. This is an 89' F-150 5-speed manual transmission with the 302. Can anybody suggest any ideas to an easy route to fixing... I have access to a junkyard, however, I'm wondering if anybody might know the best way to solve this.
