Don't you need a new core support for a nose swap? And going by your pictures you have a new bumper, the bumper trim, and the headlights-grill assembly correct? In case someone is wondering why I'm here, my mom has an X so i browse around. :P

Yep you're right, mix up of words. What makes you think you are stuck? I believe you mount the headlights, then the bumper and grill.

Mounts have nowhere to bolt to the bumper, and I have no idea how to get it all put together. It is nothing like how it came apart

You need the mounts from an 05-07, the old ones won't match up, they attach by the tow hooks and on the ends. I swapped mine out after my wife's wreck. Doesn't show the brackets but here's a link to my process. And header panel only, everything else is bolt on.

I didn't dot he 05+ bumper but in order for me to rebuild my 03 bumper to work with the 05 grill I had to cut the tops off the frame rail end cap thingies.

Here is a decent pic of the tops cut off the frame rail ends and how close the 05 grill comes to the frame.

You MUST get the 05 bumper brackets. The fog lights are the same BUT the plastic mounts that mounts to the bumper ate different.

Oh yeah I see the pic with the 02 bumper bracket now. You need to get all the 05 bumper bracketry. I used my 03 bumper and did all sorts of cutting and welding to make it work with the 05 grill, header panel, and whatnot.

Correct on the lights and brackets, need 05-07 for each as they have their own set of brackets. Mounts perfect.

Can someone shoot me a link to some well priced brackets and the best options for fog lights? I might skip OEM and go for something aftermarket lights.

How far are the fog lights from fitting? I thought those would be pretty easy to mod to make work with the 05 bumper.

I meant pics of the 03 fog light laying on the bumper. Looking at just the fog pics it looks dead simple to mod the 03's to work.
