400 stroker kit deal...

We have been looking at our stroker kits pricing.
Because we have been receiving better pricing from our vendors,
we are choosing to pass on the deals.
So at this point we are now able to add free balancing to the kits, which is a $250 value.
So $2399 will get you a balanced 434 kit with flat top pistons. And if you require a dished or dome piston, the additional cost will only be an extra $50 as compared to the original $100 upgrade. Lets us know how we can help you with your engine, contact us today!!

Looks like a great deal.

Trust me when I tell you that going with the set-ups that Tim recommends (particularly his piston and cam recommendations) will yield great results.

I just finished my 408 using parts purchased from Tim (pistons, rings, gasket sets, custom ground Comp cam, hyd roller lifters, Scorpion roller rockers) and he built my Aussie heads for me.

Pricing is one thing, but what sets Tim apart from others is the after-purchase support. I had a few questions (wanting to make sure I did my build correctly) and Tim took care of me through phone calls and face-time on my i-phone when I set up my push-rod length. He even loaned me a push-rod length checking tool. You won't get that level of support from the big retailers.

I have no gain in stating the above, but I am a very happy TMI customer and I want folks to continue to support his business so he will be around to support these oft-forgotten engines for many years to come.

My 408 is so strong I cannot even imagine a 434. That would be winning like Charlie Sheen.

Correct; the 351M and 400 blocks are the same.

I might be wrong but i thing you need a lower compression ratio for turbo.

yup but i'm sure that if you are getting the kit a set of 8ish to one pistons would be available for similiar cost. good stroke and capacity for low down torque and the turbos for a little later on for silly power

Wish this was in the budget right now, but just a semi performance rebuild is tapping the wallet to much.
