I had mine added by the dealer. Cost me $150 for them to drill and install.
Worth it for me. Thought of drilling made my hand shake.

So you just took your truck to ford and they supplied and installed the kit for $150?

It is wicked easy to do. The kit comes with a paper cut out that helps you line up the holes. My advise is to put a wooden block under the front of your headliner to give you a good gap when you drill and measure a few times.

Which kit did you use that has the paper cutouts to help you?

I priced the lights and wiring harness the other day. $25 for each light, $185 for the wiring harness. Labour $375.

I'm off to the bone yard and see if I can find some parts there. I'll be doing it myself, that cost was crazy.

I got the factory kit off of a guy on ebay. I know the dealers are usually wicked expensive to buy the kit off of, but if you search ebay you might find one.

Dealer supplied and installed mine for $399 in 2010. Don't know if it makes a difference, but that was at the time of urchase!

Or you could install Atomic LEDs. They are $295 for a kit & $40 for the harness. Atomic LED cab lights for 99-12 Ford Super Duty
