Doing oil mods?

will putting the #78 Holley Jet in my heads be good enough for oiling mods? And is it a #78 holley jet or what is it?

Keep in mind stock FE's will run for hundreds of thousands of miles straight from the factory as assembled. When you rebuild one for serious performance, then you may want to consider performing the oiling mods.
I think I ended up with a pair of 78's in my heads, but I can't remember for sure. This will help prevent flooding the heads (or draining the pan) at high rpm. There's a lot more that can be done, but if this is all you do, then it's better than nothing.

I would go a little bigger than 78s. Most people run 90s in their heads. You still need oil up top for cooling purposes as well as lubrication.
